Unique exhibition in Peniche this Easter

Surfers Lodge PenicheHip and homely Surfers Lodge Peniche in Portugal is welcoming guests over the Easter weekend to an intimate exhibition of surf, sport and travel photography by lifestyle photographer Tobias Ilsanker, as well as ingenious art by Xandi Kreuzeder and surf board making with Waveglider specialist Nico Smith. The exhibition is taking place on the lodge’s roof terrace from 10am until late and weather permitting there will be a live DJ  – entry is free. The exhibition aims to combine these complimenting art forms to create a unique event celebrating creativity, innovation and a respect of the natural world. Bespoke surf board designer Nico from Waveglider will be creating funky surf boards for kids out of raw, discarded materials found along the coast.  Surfers Lodge Peniche offers guests an affordable intimate, homely environment that combines cool and original design and excellent food with a first class surf school for surfers of all standards. The Lodge has 17 bedrooms as well as the option to sleep in a dormitory ensuring a refreshing degree of choice to suit varying budgets. Extras include a roof top bar with pool and jacuzzi and Peniche is a year round destination and one of the most consistent surf spots in Europe.
