Rest your head: The Golden Stag, Prague

A charming hotel in a historic converted burhger house (dating from 1366), the Golden Stag is just a stone’s throw from Prague’s old town square; a truly fantastic location. The sacrifice you sometimes pay for being in the heart of the old town is having to put up with some noise, occasionally well into the night. Nonetheless everything else about this place offers great value for money: 19 tasteful rooms with antique furniture and spacious bathrooms, shady courtyards, a good breakfast and friendly staff. It would be a shame to visit Prague and miss out on staying in such a historic location. For more info visit http://www.hotel-u-zlateho-jelena.cz
